are served our basic menu unless arrangements are made in advance for special
service. Those requiring special foods or food preparation for health reasons
should inform our office of their needs several days prior to the beginning
of their stay. Carmel Retreat will make reasonable accommodation in regard
to dietary restrictions. |

| All
meals on the catering menu in the Deluxe and Premium categories are plated.
Each is a single serving for the average diner. If seconds are requested
by the group there is an additional charge based on the entree. Our basic
and standard menu is served according to kitchen needs (i.e. family style
or buffet). |

| Beverage
service is water, coffee, tea, drink mix. If other beverages are desired,
such as wine or soda, these will be priced individually. The group may opt
to bring its own wine. We do not encourage the use of hard liquor.
